We aim to post out ready-made orders within a week but if there is any delay, we will email you to discuss options. Orders are sent using Royal Mail. There is a charge of £10.00 towards P&P for UK addresses, £15.00 for destinations in Europe and a charge of £20.00 towards P&P for the rest of the world. Orders over £250 qualify for free shipping use the code “FREESHIPPING” at checkout.

Made-to-order:

Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and we hope you are delighted with your made-to-order purchase. Given the personalized nature of these garments, refunds and returns are generally not possible, except in cases of items damaged during transportation. If such an issue arises, please email us pictures, and the parcel must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

We must stress the importance of providing accurate measurements when purchasing made-to-order items. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct measurements. Our made-to-order garments are crafted with precision based entirely on the measurements you provide.

If dissatisfaction stems from a fit issue due to an error on our part, we are happy to offer an exchange or modify the shape.

Exceptions for other exchange reasons can be considered on a case-by-case basis through email or phone communication. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return, and a certificate of posting is required.

Returns are at the customer's expense. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit, return costs will be refunded. Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate a refund, replacement, or exchange. N.B. No exchange or refund will be processed if we do not receive the original item back.

Ready-made:

Our primary goal is your satisfaction, and we hope you're pleased with your ready-made purchase. As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns.

Refunds are possible, but postage for sending the product to you cannot be refunded. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the second shipping cost.

For items damaged during transportation to you, a full refund will be provided upon the return of the item.
